Motivated by my faith and desire for all to experience a life of wellness, I began managing and training in western Maryland fitness facilities. In 1990 I moved to Hilton Head Island where I began acquiring additional credentials to further my career as a Certified Personal Trainer (ICS, ACE, NSCA). Having been in the health and wellness industry for over twenty years, I have had the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of areas, from a wellness coordinator with Lockheed Martin, to a natural bodybuilding competitor. Fitness and nutrition have always been a major part of my life. I’m grateful to have the opportunity to share this experience with others.
